Nathan Peirson
Nathan Peirson brings over 20 years of experience building world-class HR teams and functions across multiple industries. He specializes in scaling talent and culture practices in high-growth, PE-backed technology companies and currently serves as Chief People Officer at Onit. Nathan is passionate about creating highly engaged workplaces and developing high-impact HR teams and people practices that accelerate business performance and Associate growth.
Before joining Onit, Nathan was Senior Vice President of Talent and Employee Experience at Paycor, a leading human capital management software company. During his tenure, he helped scale the HR organization ahead of Paycor’s IPO, led the transition to a virtual-first workforce, and guided the company to multiple awards recognizing excellence in culture, talent, and development.
Nathan holds an M.A. from the University of Cincinnati and a B.A. from Wilmington College.
